Vinyasa Yoga at Train With Corey.
Vinyasa Yoga is a flowing sequence of yoga postures that pair with breath. It is designed to improve flexibility, focus, and relaxation while building a lot of strength throughout the entire body. The flow is a basic sequence that can be varied daily, and each posture can be modified to any level- from novice to expert. This style of yoga is for everyone!
What someone can expect in class?
The beauty of the smaller classes (up to 10 people per class) at Train With Corey is more attention! Our instructor is able to personally guide beginners through the new postures, and give more experienced practicers a chance to move to the next level. Every attendee should be prepare to SWEAT and WORK. Yoga, while ultimately relaxing, is challenging to practice; but over time will build tremendous amounts of strength.
Additionally, yoga is a hands-on tradition and students can expect one-on-one attention to their correct postures.
This style of yoga is for everyone, at all levels. Yoga is also about the process, so there will always be another place you can go to…No one is ever “done” or “perfect!” These are classes about transforming, not arriving. Everyone should bring their sense of adventure along with their water bottle!
What do I need to bring?
Train With Corey has a few “house mats” available at the studio, although it is recommended you bring your own. (Yoga mats are available for purchase at most sporting good stores). You should also bring a towel, water, and wear flexible clothing that is not too baggy.
