Training Manager/Yoga Instructor
Rachel is a '96 Graduate of Perkiomen Valley High School where she was active in Field Hockey, Lacrosse, and Basketball; but it wasn't until she was attended Kutztown University that she realized being fit is so much more interesting than typical high school 'girl sports.' Growing up, her mother always made her play outside, and she'll tell you that she doesn't sit still very well even today. She still believes going outdoors is a great way to keep active - whether you are in a kayak, up a mountain, or simply in your garden. Today, Rachel is a runner, Yoga enthusiast, and ACE Certified Personal Trainer who has found a great balance of indoor and outdoor ways to keep in shape, while working towards an MS in Nutrition from West Chester University of PA and Level 1 Yoga certification from the Yoga Alliance.
