John Sands
John is a 1985 graduate of Owen J. Roberts High School. He graduated from West Chester University in 1994 with a Bachelors of Science degree in Health & Physical Education. He also holds a Master's of Science degree from West Chester University in Elementary Education which was completed in 2002. Currently, he is employed at North Coventry Elementary School in the Owen J. Roberts School District where he has been teaching elementary health & physical education for 10years. He also spent 5 years teaching health and physical education for the Souderton Area School District.
John has been involved in fitness and wellness activities since 1985. He enjoys weight training and playing soccer, also running and currently, he is into road biking. He has been a personal trainer since 2010 and has experience training student athletes, adults and senior citizens.
