Boxercise
Boxercise, or “Boxing As Exercise” is a fitness program developed by Train With Corey founder, Corey Dissin as an alternative to the typical core and cardio workouts. Boxercise uses the basics of boxing as a foundation and mixes them with high-intensity, “boot-camp” style conditioning drills to keep the 30 minute workouts fresh and fun.
What basics of boxing will you learn?
- The 3 basic punches: jab, right hand, left hook
- The proper boxing stance
- How to walk like a boxer
- How to jump rope
- Punch defenses
Boxercise also incorporates a variety of sit-ups, push-ups, medicine ball routines, focus mitt drills, squats, lunges, and other aerobic activities into each session to maximize calorie burning, accelerate weight loss, and promote full body sculpting/toning.
All equipment is provided including hand wraps, boxing gloves, jump ropes and medicine balls, helping keep the cost for the class as attractive as the class itself. Just $250 for 10 classes.
